This workshop looks at the main formats for metadata — Dublin Core, ONIX, EAD, schema.org, open graph, twitter card — and talks about how they can be used by publishers to create rich content and how to think about crosswalks between the formats to make publishing more efficient.

Competing in So You Think You Can Code? All workshop attendees are eligible! This particular workshop will touch on the following criteria, which will be used to judge your EPUB submissions: rich navigation; adherence to standards; meets accessibility standards; and HTML updated to provide proper semantic markup.
